1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple and user-friendly. Browse through our collections, select the product you like, choose your preferred size, color, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” Once you are ready, proceed to the checkout page, where you can review your order, enter your shipping details, and confirm payment. After completion, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery timeline.
2. Do I need an account to shop?
No, you don’t need an account to place an order—you can shop as a guest. However, having an account provides additional benefits. It allows you to track your orders, view your purchase history, save delivery addresses for faster checkout in the future, and stay updated on special promotions or exclusive discounts.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly ship our products worldwide. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on your country. At checkout, you’ll be able to see the available shipping options for your region. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location. Local orders typically take 3–5 business days, while international orders may take anywhere from 7–14 business days. During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on your location. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
5. Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may request changes such as modifying the product size, color, or delivery address. To make changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but you can still request a return or exchange once it arrives.
6. What if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you’ll see an option to sign up for a restock notification on the product page. Once the item is back, we’ll notify you by email. Since our products are in high demand, we recommend signing up early to secure your preferred items once they’re restocked.

1. What payment methods are available?
We provide several secure and convenient payment methods, including major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallet options. In some areas, we also offer cash on delivery (COD) for customers who prefer to pay at the time of receiving their package. The available options will be displayed at checkout.
2. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all payments are handled through secure and encrypted gateways. This means your card and banking information remain private and protected. We never store your sensitive payment details on our system, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
3. Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available in selected locations. If COD is available in your region, you’ll see the option at checkout. We recommend keeping the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
4. Can I use more than one payment method for a single order?
Currently, our system only allows one payment method per order for security reasons. However, if you’d like to split payments (e.g., partial card and partial transfer), you can reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll do our best to guide you with a suitable solution.
5. Are there any extra charges for online payments?
We do not add any hidden fees for online transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may charge additional service fees, such as international conversion fees or small transaction charges. These charges are not applied by us but by your financial institution.
6. What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in our store’s base currency. If you are shopping from a different country, your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency, and they may apply a currency conversion fee. Please check with your bank for details.
Orders and Returns
1. How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can use this to see the current location and estimated delivery of your package. This keeps you informed about your order every step of the way until it reaches your doorstep.
2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To do this, simply contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still initiate a return after receiving the product.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you can request a return or exchange within the timeframe mentioned in our return policy (usually 7–14 days). The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Once received, we’ll either issue a refund or exchange the item, depending on your request.
4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the issue so we can verify it quickly. After confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund, ensuring that you’re fully satisfied.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. We’ll keep you updated through email during the process.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we cover the return shipping and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
